Responsible for maintaining individual investor accounts, the intricate tasks of this department begin very early each day. Our highly competent and accessible participant service staff streamlines the purchase and redemption process, expertly handling shareholder and broker/dealer issues and concerns. This group is also responsible for disbursing dividend and federal tax information as well as all shareholder fulfillment services for the funds we administer.
