The process is very simple. Our in-house legal staff works directly with investment advisors and fund sponsors to draft the registration documents. We then forward completed draft documents for review by one of the experienced law firm partners we use for specific structures or jurisdictions. By completing much of the time consuming document drafting in-house, we help clients reduce the initial cost of organization significantly. We also provide recommendations and quotations for other corporate action service partners, including audit assistance, custodians and prime brokers.
Many administrators today have asset limits or cut-offs, only offering to service funds with X amount in assets. Nottingham has always endeavored to provide a scalable, economical solution to both start-up and existing funds. Our fee schedule is comprehensive, meaning that all of our services are included from day one. We will never nickel and dime you when additional requests or needs arise.
